History:

 

Long Bay's founding principal, Cynthia Berne, envisioned she could create a unique consulting firm building on her extensive experience working for private developers with large land and real estate holdings. Since its formation, the firm has worked closely with both local and state governmental entities as well as the private sector.

 

Long Bay is a Washington Subchapter S corporation. We are centrally located in Edmonds to service the greater western Washington area.
